The salary justification will be made on the basis of points earned by the BDE. The Point allocation sheet will be provided to you separately.2) Performance Evaluation: Your performance will be evaluated on the basis of financial services and products and points earned as the performance will be evaluated on pointsbasis. Excellent performance will also be rewarded with an opportunity as Performance Bonus including Group bonus separately
