Vinayaka 3D Technologies is seeking a qualified VMC Operator to join our team in the development of precision components. We have 3 state-of-the-art VMC machines equipped with Mitsubishi M80 control systems. We operate only two shifts per day, with no night shifts, ensuring a balanced work schedule.Key Responsibilities:Operate VMC machines and execute production tasks based on development requirements.Set up tools and configure the VMC machines according to technical drawings and job specifications.Understand and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical instructions.Monitor machining processes and ensure the highest quality output.Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues on the machines.Ensure safe working conditions and maintain a clean work area.Requirements:Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.2-3 years of hands-on experience operating VMC machines.Familiarity with Mitsubishi M80 control systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.Strong knowledge of machining processes and tool handling.Team player with a focus on quality and efficiency.Additional Information:No night shifts; two-shift operations only.Focused on development components.Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
