Key Responsibilities 1. Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data.2. Handle inbound inquiries related to visa services.3. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details of each conversation. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
