We are looking for a dedicated and motivated female Telecaller to join our team in Madhyamgram. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling and should have completed at least 12th grade. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Making Outbound Calls:** The Telecaller will reach out to potential customers to promote our products or services, ensuring all interactions are positive and informative.- **Customer Support:** Address any queries or concerns from customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.- **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify leads from various sources to build a strong customer database for future sales efforts.- **Data Entry:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems to ensure proper follow-up and analysis.- **Meeting Targets:** Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive tone.
