We are looking for a Safety Supervisor with 2 to 5 years of experience to ensure a safe working environment in our Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate will help implement safety practices and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.Key Responsibilities:1. **Conduct Safety Inspections**: Regularly inspect the workplace to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Document findings and recommend corrective actions.2. **Develop Safety Policies**: Assist in creating and updating safety policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.3. **Train Employees**: Provide safety training to employees, focusing on emergency procedures, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe work practices.4. **Monitor Safe Work Practices**: Observe work practices in real-time to ensure safety measures are followed and conduct investigations into safety incidents when they occur.5. **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports to track safety performance and compliance.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related field and be male, as per organizational requirements.
