We are looking for a dedicated Ayurvedic Doctor to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work, making it a flexible opportunity for a skilled practitioner.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Consultation with Patients:** Provide individual consultations to understand patients' health conditions and wellness goals, ensuring a personalized approach to Ayurveda.- **Diagnosis and Treatment Plans:** Utilize Ayurveda principles to diagnose health issues and create customized treatment plans that may include herbal remedies, dietary advice, and lifestyle changes.- **Follow-up and Support:** Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up consultations, offering encouragement and modifying treatment plans as necessary.- **Education and Awareness:** Educate patients about the benefits of Ayurveda and healthy living, helping them make informed decisions about their health.- **Documentation and Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans to track progress and ensure the highest quality of care.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must have a Masters degree in Ayurveda or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience is preferred, though less experienced candidates may be considered. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, allowing effective interaction with patients and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. An understanding of holistic wellness philosophies and a passion for helping others achieve their health goals through traditional practices is essential. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to manage their time efficiently while working from a home environment.

JOB DETAILS1) Performs daily pancha karma and spa therapies as scheduled which includes preparing the therapy room with necessary equipment, oils, herbs, etc2) Performing the therapies as well as cleaning and setting up the room for the next therapy.3) Therapist Assistant will be required to report pertinent patient information to the managing Practitioner.4) When there are no patients for Pancha Karma or Spa therapies, this position will require marketing and promotion of the Spa and Pancha Karma Center through flier distribution, managing booths, sending emails, working on the marketing plan, etc.
