Desired Candidate Profile: Accurate & Timely execution of orders on terminal on behalf of the clients Should have a basic idea of operating Trading Terminal Well versed with Share Broking industry Thorough knowledge of all NSE/ BSE Rules & Regulations Knowledge of Mutual Funds/Financial Products /Equity /Derivatives / Broking /Securities Market Maintaining Trading logs and Net positions of clients on a daily basis (at end of the day) Updating the client portfolios on a daily basis Managing RMS to track clients margins Ensuring data confidentiality Client Relationship involves: Acquisition of clients, meeting and engaging them in trade operations* Providing debit/credit balance to the client.* Resolving all the queries of the client. * Sharing the back office Ledger reports, Holding reports and Global reports with theclients.* Executing the Purchase and Redemption of Mutual fund units using NSE/BSE-MF platform.* Preparing and sending mailers for Buyback, IPO and Rights etc. to the clients.* Providing seamless support to our clients to help them understand mobile tradinginterface and encourage the clients to use it. Keen in gaining/upgrading knowledge of market news, financial trends and current affairs Downloading, uploading various files from FTP and accordingly uploading on companys software. Checking disabled and enabled data in turn updating on software. Resolving clients queries with respect to Margin and trading terminal. Reading circular inspections, trading and clearing subscribed on NSE/BSE site. Downloading clients ledger, monthly bills of NSE & BSE and maintaining tracker for the same. Daily reporting of margin to Exchange-Currency, Cash and derivatives. Miscellaneous, If any.Skills required: Should be certified in NISM / NCFM for Dealers module (or be willing to take the exam immediately) Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal) Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power
