It began with CEO G. P. Pattanaiks dreams of tapping a huge opportunity for loan servicing of banks and other financial institutions in India through organized sector providing professional services through trained resources, technology and infrastructure. The retail loan segment was growing tremendously without corresponding infrastructure for loan servicing. Banks and NBFCs did not have enough manpower to service the fast growing loan segment, they were in dire need to find credible organisations who could cater to collection services.
