Job Description: UI UX DesignerExperience: 1 to 2years We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.UI UX Designer Responsibilities:Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.UI UX Designer Requirements:A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.A team player but can work independently too.

Production Planning:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements, capacity constraints, and customer demands.Develop detailed production plans and schedules for additive manufacturing processes, considering resource availability and lead times.Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished products related to additive manufacturing.Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for process improvement within the additive manufacturing workflow.Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization.Quality Control:Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define and implement quality control measures for additive manufacturing processes.Monitor and analyze quality data to ensure that products meet or exceed established standards.Scheduling and Execution:Coordinate the execution of production schedules, ensuring timely start and completion of additive manufacturing jobs.Monitor progress and address any deviations from the plan, making necessary adjustments as required.Resource Allocation:Allocate resources, including machines, manpower, and materials, to maximize production output while adhering to cost and time constraints.Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong communication between production teams, engineering, and management to ensure alignment with production goals and priorities.

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateRequirements and skillsBS/MS degree in marketing or a related fieldProven working experience in digital marketingDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaignsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
