Should be conversant with AutoCAD ,word, excel & having aptitude for Design work, Knowledge of Hydrant, Sprinkler and Spray Systems, worked in Commercial or Residential Fire Fighting Projects,Educational Qualifications: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Salary: 18000 25000 PMKey Roles & Responsibilities: To carry out engineering work for Fire Fighting projects in line with customer requirements including design verification, equipment selection and drawing preparation Sound knowledge of Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems. Good knowledge of design of storm water drainage system. Pipe sizing knowledge for sprinkler system. Shop Drawing Preparation according to Codes & Standards. Classification of fire NFPA, Fire Class & Extinguishing Agent. Fire Sprinkler System. Design and layout of Sprinkler System as per Occupancy / Hazard Classification - NFPA. Calculation of Pipe Sizing According to Hazard. Calculation of Hydraulic Characteristic of Fire Sprinkler. Calculation of Head & Capacity of Pump. Selection of Fire Pump (Electrical Pump, Diesel Generator, Jockey Pump). Hydraulic Analysis of Sprinkler System using Software and Manually. Class of Stand Pipe System. Installation of FHC. System Design. Location of Hose Connection. Calculation of FDC Inlet according to Flow rate. Hydraulic Calculation of Stand pipe for Pump Selection and Tank Capacity. Testing and Commissioning of GI Pipe line, Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Riser and Pumps. Shop drawing and material submittal preparation. Discussion with Client /consultant for Drawing and TDS approval. Co-ordination with Draughtsman for preparation of Drawing.

Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of project and industrial Experience (Project Implementation, Plant Instrumentation, Maintenance and calibration of system)Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. in Electricals & ElectronicsSalary Range: 15000 20000 CTC PMKey Roles & Responsibilities: Involve in the Plant Instrumentation systems for industrial applications and plan these systems using recognized industry standards and specifications. Responsible in Electronics Data Acquisition Systems, Calibration, Measurement & Interpretation, Operations, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & coordinate with vendors for getting as-built drawings, Maintenance & Installation of Field Instruments.Witness for: Control loops of Flow, Temperature, Level, Pressure, Vibration, Function Groups, Alarm & Interlock systems.Review and check all assigned project Instrumentation installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions (P&I diagrams, Instrumentation equipment location drawings, plan drawings, details, schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.) of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.Site supervision and execution of the Instrumentation equipment and installations.
