We are looking for a dynamic and driven Finance Specialist who has a strong understanding of the finance space, excellent presentation skills, and fluency in English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering impactful presentations to concerned stakeholders, providing financial insights, and supporting various financial initiatives within the office. The candidate must have their own reliable mode of transport to ensure punctuality and mobility for on-site meetings and events.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Reporting:Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and projections.Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to optimize business operations.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.Presentation Development & Delivery:Develop and design compelling financial presentations tailored to both internal and external stakeholders.Deliver high-quality presentations, making complex financial data easily understandable for various audiences.Collaborate with senior management to align presentations with company goals and objectives.Communication & Collaboration:Effectively communicate financial results, trends, and insights to non-financial stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of reports and business plans for potential investors or stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and improve financial processes.Stakeholder Engagement:Present financial analysis and strategic recommendations during meetings with senior executives, clients, and partners.Support meetings and discussions with clients, providing clear financial context and aiding decision-making.Miscellaneous:Keep up-to-date with industry trends, financial best practices, and market conditions.Occasionally travel for meetings, seminars, or client interactions.Manage administrative and ad hoc tasks related to finance as required.
