We are looking for an enthusiasticAcademic Counsellors / Telesales Representativeto contribute in generating sales for Veranda Race. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.An effective Academic Counsellors / Telesales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help Veranda Race grow by bringing in customers and developing business.Roles and Responsibilities Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how Veranda Race can catalyse their career.Carrying weekly enrolment /revenue and collection target.Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of Veranda Race model of online/blended learning.Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.Manage large amounts of Inbound calls / Outbound calls Generate sales leadsIdentify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersWhat are the deliverables / KPIs?Minimum of 200+ Dials every day with 75+ Connects.4
