Academic Counsellors - Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellors / Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for Veranda Race. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Academic Counsellors / Telesales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help Veranda Race grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Roles and Responsibilities Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how Veranda Race can catalyse their career. Carrying weekly enrolment /revenue and collection target. Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of Veranda Race model of online/blended learning. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience Requirement 1 year and above sales experience Specially in Edu-Tech company (Preferable) LocationDelhi(Connaught)Regards,
