We are looking for a reliable Shop Helper to assist in our busy shop located in Shivane. The ideal candidate will support daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Assist Customers:** Help customers find products, answer questions, and provide excellent service to enhance their shopping experience.- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the shop tidy by cleaning shelves, arranging products, and ensuring the store is presentable at all times.- **Stock Management:** Help stock shelves and manage inventory by checking product levels and notifying supervisors when items are low.- **Support Staff:** Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations, helping with tasks as needed during busy periods.- **Handle Payments:** Assist in processing transactions, including accepting payments and providing receipts to customers.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Education & Experience:** A minimum of a 12th-grade education with 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role preferred.- **Communication Skills:** Good verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.- **Team Player:** Ability to work collaboratively within a team, assisting others as needed while contributing positively to the work environment.- **Organizational Skills:** Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.- **Physical Capability:** Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights for stocking duties.
