VDCAP Finserv Private Limited (VFPL) was incorporated in February 2021 and got CoR from RBI in March 2022. VFPL was incorporated with an intention to provide small ticket size retail loans to individuals and unorganised SMEs in underserved rural and semi urban areas by establishing physical presence in those areas. VFPL intends to focus on fulfilling the requirements of lower income and middle-income groups of the society spread across formal and informal sector of rural and semi urban market.
