Full job descriptionFull job descriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated freshers and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and tax preparation. You will also be expected to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.Responsibilities: Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepare and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reconcile bank statements and other accounts. Assist with tax preparation and filing. Close the books on a monthly and yearly basis. Maintain strong internal Audit and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Stay up-to-date on accounting best practices and changes in tax laws. Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts Publish financial statements in time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Report on the companys financial health and liquidity Audit financial transactions and documents Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA /CA,ICWA,CS with Inter Qualification. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work on any shift Experience: 0 to 5 Years.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 25,000.00 - 45,000.00 per monthBenefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident FundSchedule: Day shift
