COMMERCIAL MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTIONShould be Mastermind in business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives.An Ideal candidate should be in the age group of 40-45 years with Master degree in Commerce/Business Management.Should have worked in Mid-size Manufacturing Sector ( 25 Cr 75 Cr) with 7-10 years of experience & out of which 3 years should be in Managerial Position.Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long termAnalyzing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and cost of goods soldManaging budgets, expenses and pricing and commercial arrangementsPartnering with business managers to drive financial performanceSupporting the Sales and Marketing department by conducting analysis of commercial opportunitiesPreparing models to assess future profitability of identified opportunitiesSupervising staff consist of Accountant/Executives/Assistant/Stores and reviewing workTaking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise during course of business.Strong commercial acumen and business understandingAbility to manage both internal and external auditorsAdvanced negotiation skill, influencing and protecting stakeholders Interest
