Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain information in our systems and databases with high accuracy. Youll be responsible for handling confidential information, verifying data, and ensuring proper documentation. Key Responsibilities:Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systemsReview data for errors or missing information and correct as neededMaintain data confidentiality and integrity at all timesGenerate reports, store completed work in designated locationsVerify and cross-check data from various sourcesPerform regular backups to ensure data preservationRespond to queries and requests for data retrieval Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plusProven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar roleExcellent typing speed and accuracy (min. 3040 WPM preferred)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google WorkspaceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential dataGood communication skills (verbal and written) Preferred (Optional):Experience with data entry software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, Salesforce)Prior remote or freelance data entry experienceKnowledge of basic office equipment Benefits:Flexible working hours (if applicable)Work-from-home opportunities (if applicable)Performance-based bonusesCareer development and training
