We are looking for an experience Human Resources Generalist to come in and help us take our team to the next level.Roles and Responsibilities Working on recruitment end to end process. Handling various job portals, shortlisting, interviewing candidates. Handling day to day activities. Updating company HR policies whenever required. Properly handle complaints and Grievance procedures. Administrative work, Attendance management Payroll and ESIC Candidates On boarding, Salary Negotiation Conducting and analysing exit interviews and recommending changes. Productivity Enhancement, Employee Motivation, Culture building.
