Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Analysis: Gather data from various sources and analyze it to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Report & Dashboard Creation: Develop and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as customize dashboards to present data effectively to management. Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and maintaining databases. System Management: Plan, design, and oversee computer systems and networks to ensure efficient and effective operation. Process Automation: Automate repetitive reporting tasks using tools like Excel macros or Business Intelligence (BI) software. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise on information systems, keeping up-to-date with new technologies and advising on their implementation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different departments (operations, quality, training) to gather data and understand reporting needs. Strategic Support: Provide timely and accurate information to support management in making informed business decisions. Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and Macros. Knowledge of database management and SQL. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication to present findings to management and collaborate with teams. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is often required. Behavioral Skills: A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and a quick learning aptitude are beneficial.
