As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in our operations team located in Delhi NCR. Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient handling of inventory and support daily warehouse functions.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Inventory Management:** Track and maintain accurate inventory levels by organizing and counting stock regularly, ensuring items are accounted for correctly.- **Order Fulfillment:** Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are complete and ready for delivery.- **Loading and Unloading:** Assist in loading products onto trucks and unloading incoming shipments, helping to maintain a smooth workflow in the warehouse.- **Quality Control:** Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or discrepancies, helping to maintain high standards of quality.- **Documentation:** Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for shipping and receiving, ensuring compliance with company procedures.- **Cleanliness and Safety:** Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.To succeed in this role, you should have:- **Basic Education:** Completion of at least the 10th grade.- **Attention to Detail:** Ability to focus on specific tasks and notice discrepancies in inventory and orders.- **Physical Stamina:** Capability to lift heavy items and remain on your feet for extended periods.- **Team Player:** Willingness to work closely with colleagues, supporting each other to achieve common goals.- **Adaptability:** Open to learning new processes and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
