The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret and forecast the geopolitical roles of major global powers (e.g., the U.S., India, Russia, China, Japan) and assess how emerging trends impact regional and global stability.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and policy analysis on geopolitical, defense, and economic developments.Interpret the influence of major powers in global and regional contexts.Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support Valonas research and intelligence objectives.QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in International Relations, Political Science, Defense Studies, or Business Administration.Proven experience as a Policy Analyst, Intelligence Analyst, or in a related field.Strong understanding of global geopolitics, intelligence collection, defense strategies, and contracting practices.Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights.Prior experience with government agencies, defense organizations, or international institutions is a plus.
