Key Responsibilities1.Inventory Management: Manage and order inventory of fabric and accessories to ensure timely production2.Job Orders: Prepare detailed job orders, tech packs and bill of materials and maintain all the data in the ERP system3.Sampling Management: Manage end to end sample development process, coordinate with buyer for sample development to ensuring order finalization4.Product Development: Develop new products, samples, size charts, farma and patterns.5.Dispatch: Ensure timely and efficient dispatching of orders to customers.6.Production Management: Address any production issues promptly and effectively.7.Quality Control and Assurance: Set and communicate quality standards to suppliers.Conduct rigorous quality inspections at various stages of production to maintain high standards.8.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on production activities.9.Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.10.Designing: Create garments designs on computer via design softwares such as Adobe, CAD etc.Qualifications1.Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Production Merchandising.2.Strong understanding of the garment industry shirts, pants, uniforms.3.Excellent leadership and team management skills.4.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.5.Proven track record of successful product development and merchandising.6.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.7.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.8.Commitment to sustainability and ethical production practices9.Computer Design skills is an added plusSkillsExcellent Followup skills as thats a mustMicrosoft ExcelProduction Planning and Costing
