We are looking for Female Telecaller Staff for our office in Nangloi, Delhi. The ideal candidate should be a 12th pass with 0-1 year of experience. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing information about products or services. Telecallers are expected to maintain call records, follow-up with customers, and meet daily call quotas.The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle customer inquiries professionally, and have a pleasant phone manner. A good understanding of the products or services being offered is essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team and meet targets. The candidate should be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude towards work.
