Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for patients. Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. Responsible to update the patients information in database with Electronic Health Record (EHR) under correct tabs. Responsible to identify the potential client by doing market research. Responsible for Lead generation, cold calling to US clients, email campaigns for selling our products and services. Responsible for create interest generation and consistently following up with clients and execute the contract. Responsible for increasing our customer/client counts and increase the revenue.Required skills: - Should have relevant BPO experience with sound US Accent. She should possess a very high level of understanding and Marketing skills. Should ready to work and support Admin Team. Very strong Interpersonal skill / interactive skills with employee teams and team leaders Should have a very high degree of negotiation skills, learning and grasping skills.
