Collaborate with the team to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.Client Engagement: Support the development and execution of outreach strategies to engage with potentialclients. Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to showcase our staffing services andvalue proposition.Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Work closely with the HR team to understand client requirements and expectations.Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations. Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and salesactivities. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client information.Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the staffing industry andbusiness development strategies. Stay informed about market trends and industry best practices.4Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
