Our Client in Chennai is looking for an IT Curriculum Design & Development Lead who can be a part of their development team to create technical content in Coding& Programming in relation to Python for Web Development , Python for Raspberry Pi, AppDevelopment, Latest Machine Learning Technologies,Data Science etc.They are a STEM Education based company teaching andmentoring students in Science, Technology, Engineeringand Math currently looking for smart and intuitive candidateswho are talented, dynamic and motivated individuals with abackground of Electronics, Instrumentation,Mechatronics, Computer science and are looking for afast-paced environment where you can work with thetechnologies.You should have sound knowledge in coding in any of thefollowing:1. C, C++ for Arduino2. Python for Raspberry Pi3. Python for Data science4. Scratch based programming- Research Topics related to area of work to include new projects- Identifying and creating projects- Write clear and engaging learning content for curriculum development- Creating / De-bugging works- Proofread the content before publication- Willing to teach and mentor students on the respective field if needed- Creating presentations using MS. Power Point- Coordinate with other team members and creators for requirements- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)- Ensure timely delivery of task allotted to the assigned SPOCPreferred Qualification- B. Tech/B.E./M.E Mechatronics, E&I, ECE, ComputerScience, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Sc / M. Sc ECESkills Required- Ability to write content in English without any grammar mistakes - Ability to analyse and synthesize complex content- Excellent writing and proofreading skills- Prior knowledge in at least any one of the Technologyplatforms such as Coding(C, C++, Python), Application ofprogramming in Robotics, Raspberry Pi and Arduino

Job Description:Preparation of annual production budget to meet the Corporate Business Plan.Deciding on monthly production plan by allocating the resources optimally.Monitoring production on daily basis and take action to correct the deviations if any.Monitoring the utility efficiency on a regular basis and control excess consumption.Guide production, maintenance, stores and admin teams in their respective functions.Ensure that adequate resources are provided for efficient running of the plant.Review the plant status every week and send report to Management.Ensure Safety, Health and hygiene is sustained in the plant by monitoring and taking action on the audit reports.Interface with the statutory bodies and ensure statutory compliance.Inputs to project and plant personnel and ensure successful completion of new and improvement projects.Manage good industrial relations.To monitor performance of the personnel and to conduct effective PerformanceAppraisal every three months.Assist Marketing Dept. on new initiatives on the product development.To initiate training for personnel as per training needs.
