Job DescriptionPosition: HR InternLocation: Karve Nagar, PuneDuration: 3 to 6 MonthsReports to: HR ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and give you exposure to different aspects of HR operations in a dynamic work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).Onboarding: Help coordinate onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy updates.Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with HR events.Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, helping with HR-related questions and concerns.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsHands-on experience in various HR functions.Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.Networking opportunities and potential for future career growth.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
