Key Responsibilities-Support trading and operational teams with administrative tasks-Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, Telegram, Discord, or other platforms-Maintain records of daily trades and transactions accurately-Assist with internal documentation such as meeting notes, reports, and standard procedures-Track basic crypto market trends and coin prices on Binance (Training will be provided)-Coordinate with different teams for smooth office operations-Use office tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and MS Office effectively-Handle data entry and basic reporting tasksRequired Qualifications-Bachelors degree or current university student (final year acceptable)-Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts (Training will be provided)-Computer literacy proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.-Strong communication and organizational skills-Intermediate English proficiency (for email, chat, basic reporting)-Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems-Team player with a proactive mindset
