Job Description: Digital Marketing ExpertAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert to manage the online presence of our Dental College and Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the community, and attract prospective students and patients.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote college academic programs, hospital services, and events. Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with engaging, original, and consistent content. Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including graphics, videos, blogs, reels, and stories. Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to increase reach and conversions. Monitor website performance, ensure SEO optimization, and update content regularly. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Coordinate with academic, clinical, and administrative teams to highlight success stories, achievements, and activities. Handle online reputation management, including responding to queries and reviews. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative digital marketing tools and techniques.Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and content creation. Strong skills in Canva/Photoshop, video editing tools, and copywriting. Familiarity with healthcare/education sector marketing is an added advantage. Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
