In addition, he/she will be coordinating with trainers and students to ensure that the learning objectives are met and they are able to clear the assessments successfully within the given time frame and assist them in finding employment. He is also responsible for generating and sharing the necessary reports.Job Responsibilities:- Manage, coordinate and supervise overall training center. Ensuring that training/revenue targets are met at center. Coordinate and communicate about the program to the extension workers, and develop a resource team for the project.Network with the local people. Ensuring the course content is relevant, plan and conduct Training of Trainers who in turn delivers quality content to the students within a given time frame.Responsible for placement of the trainees.
