Perform buffing and polishing operations on components as per production requirements.Ensure smooth surface finishing and proper appearance of products.Operate and maintain buffing machines and related tools safely.Inspect products for scratches, dents, burrs, and finishing defects.Follow production drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area as per GMP requirements.Record production data and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.Coordinate with QC and production teams for quality compliance.Follow safety procedures and use PPE during operations.

Must Have Good English Specking Skill, Must Have Basic Knowledge About The Computer, Fresher Can Also Apply (BSC, B Pharm D Pharm,)

1. Design and develop new products from concept to production, using tools such as CAD, 3D modelling, and simulation software. (AutoCAD, Solid works)2. Improve the performance and quality of existing products by identifying and implementing design changes.3. Conduct research and testing to assess the feasibility, performance, and safety of mechanical products and systems.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements, specifications, and test plans. 5. Create detailed design specifications, including material selection, manufacturing processes, and cost estimates.6. Ensure that mechanical products and systems meet industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements with Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and analysis of products to ensure they meet quality and performance requirements.7. Participate in the development of manufacturing processes and work closely with the manufacturing team and quality control inspections, and product testing to ensure the successful launch of new products.8. continuously improve existing products and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, cost savings, and quality improvement. Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
