Assembly Manager:- Perform assembly of medical devices as per approved SOP and work instructions.Ensure proper handling of components to maintain product quality and hygiene.Check packing boxes for correctness (label, batch number, expiry date, quantity, MRP, barcode, etc.).Verify finished goods before final packing.Maintain packing records, batch records, and related documentation accurately.Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and company quality standards.Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.Report any defects, damage, or non-conformity to QA/Production Supervisor.Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods.Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances.Maintain inspection reports and quality records.Monitor rejection and rework levels.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Support ISO documentation and audits.Coordinate with Production team for quality improvement.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer/Manager to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will bring 34 years of hands-on experience in production environments, especially with CNC and VMC machines, along with strong knowledge of SolidWorks, technical drawings, and mechanical engineering principles. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production flow, quality assurance, and process improvements in line with organizational goals.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets. Operate and troubleshoot VMC, CNC machines; oversee programming and setting processes. Interpret and work with engineering drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing specifications. Ensure optimized use of manpower, machines, and materials to maintain high productivity. Coordinate with the design team using SolidWorks for model reviews, design validations, and manufacturability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Monitor machine maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate production reports and documentation for audits and process analysis. Guide and support production staff; provide training where required.
1. Design and develop new products from concept to production, using tools such as CAD, 3D modelling, and simulation software. (AutoCAD, Solid works)2. Improve the performance and quality of existing products by identifying and implementing design changes.3. Conduct research and testing to assess the feasibility, performance, and safety of mechanical products and systems.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements, specifications, and test plans. 5. Create detailed design specifications, including material selection, manufacturing processes, and cost estimates.6. Ensure that mechanical products and systems meet industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements with Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and analysis of products to ensure they meet quality and performance requirements.7. Participate in the development of manufacturing processes and work closely with the manufacturing team and quality control inspections, and product testing to ensure the successful launch of new products.8. continuously improve existing products and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, cost savings, and quality improvement. Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
