1. Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing Entry to Middle level workers.2. Responsible for hiring and maintaining the back up staff to ensure that company production doesn't hamper.3. HR needs to understand the organizations needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions. 4. Managing company staff, Provide timely feedback/recommendations to the management.5. Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.6. Developing adequate induction and training7. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. 8. Assisting with the performance management and review process.9. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records (attendance, leave management, , EPF-ESIC etc.) according to policy and legal requirements10. Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance, Performance Review and Leave Management.11. Assist in administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.12. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management. 13. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.15. Co-ordinating with respective experts or mechanic during malfunctioning of the Machines17. Experience in Tally ERP.18. Bank Reconciliation, coordinating with Banks and other parties.19. Banking inward/ outward remittances.
