We are looking for a talented Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention.- Manage email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, design, segmentation, and scheduling.- Create engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.- Design and produce digital assets, including graphics, banners, and infographics, to support marketing campaigns.- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO).- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and other relevant tools.- Generate reports on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to improve campaign performance.Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, copywriting, and graphic design.- Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).l
