We integrate with diverse systems, simplifying payment processing for merchants.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in the FinTech and BFSI domains. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial sector roles and be adept at sourcing, screening, and closing high-quality candidates for business and operational roles across the BFSI and FinTech industries.Key Responsibilities:Utilize various channels like job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster etc.) and networking to find qualified individuals.Collaborate with hiring managers and understand their needs within FinTech and BFSI functions and develop effective recruitment strategies. Design and update job descriptionsAssess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews, manage communication, and handle offer negotiations.Build relationships and nurture a pool of potential candidates for future opportunities.Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.Keep abreast of best practices and utilize relevant recruitment tools and platforms.Maintain accurate records of the candidates.Required Skills: 2+ years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in BFSI or FinTech domains.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are requiredProficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms Ability to assess candidates' skills and experienceManage multiple recruitment processes simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits provided in Dubai: - Accommodation, Food, Visa, Transportation Expenses, Medical Insurance will be borne by the company.If interested please share your resume at basirat@upfinzo.in
