About the RoleUpCodo Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is highly skilled in Figma and passionate about crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to design user-centered web and mobile interfaces that solve real problems and elevate the overall product experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate modern, intuitive, and user-friendly designs for web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and SaaS platformsProduce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs using FigmaCollaborate with development teams to ensure smooth design handoff and accurate implementationConduct user research, analyze requirements, and translate insights into functional design solutionsDevelop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI componentsEnsure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all digital productsImprove existing designs through user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven decision-makingStay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practicesRequired Skills & Experience26 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolioExpert-level proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, etc.)Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchyExperience designing for mobile (Android/iOS) and web applicationsAbility to turn complex concepts into simple, elegant, and functional designsGood understanding of user-centered design and responsive design principlesExperience with usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and researchExcellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsNice to Have (Bonus Skills)Knowledge of tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, PhotoshopExperience creating design systems for large-scale applicationsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaborationCreative thinking and problem-solving approachWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to design impactful digital products used by real businessesFriendly, supportive, and creativity-driven work environmentGrowth opportunities and continuous learningOnsite role in Noida office
