We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Operator. He should be able to perform complete tasks related to operating Injection Moulding machine such as: 1. Machine starting & stopping2. Feeding plastic resin pellets into the hopper.3. Starting and monitoring the injection molding cycle.4. Inspecting parts for defects like flash, sink marks, or dimensional inconsistencies.5. Removing finished parts from the mold and performing basic de-gating.6. Regularly checking and recording quality metrics like dimensions and appearance. 7. Identifying and reporting any quality issues to supervisors.8. Performing in-process quality checks on parts.
