Preparing internal order sheets- Supporting in sales operations and client coordination- Assist in showing the buyers samples and get orders approved- Explain the customers about safety Footwear quality/ Workwear- Training under senior and Experienced Footwear and clothing- Merchandiser

Responsible for full PPC handling of production in-house and out house via daily targets Following up and pushing orders from the time they are placed to final delivery according to time schedule and price target.Sampling and production with proper storing and labeling.Ability to manage production operations effectively coordinating between vendors and in-house teams and monitoring quality control of productions right from procurement of fabric, cutting, stitching, branding, finishing, pressing, packing and dispatch. Identifying and developing new vendors according to buyers requirements.Continuously improve patterns, techniques used, packaging and production process as a whole Ensure that Order sheets and Tec packs are accurate, updated and stored properly Ensure that dispatch and delivery is timely and smooth Ability in running full production operations effectively coordinating between vendors and in-house teams and monitoring quality control of productions right from dying/ printing/ embroidery/ cutting/ stitching to finishing/ packing. Making production Time and action calendarPreparing Bill of material and handover it to sourcing departmentExecution of sourcing trims / accessories - merchants do follow up with suppliers for the raw material.Preparing production file - Prepares production file with detailed documents, approvals, samples and swatches and comments on sample from buyer. Conduct pre-production (PP ) meeting with quality team and production team Coordination with buyer or buying house if any clarification is required during productionKeeping track of style status and updating the same to top management and buyer representativesDesired Candidate Profile:Minimum 2 years of work experience as a merchandiser Graduation degree in textile engineering, fashion designing, related field is a must Sound knowledge of fabric and in-depth technical knowledge of garment industry

Should have Valid Driving License - Normal English Knowledge - Have to wear Uniform - Car Should Be Clean - 2-3 years ExperienceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
