    I had the misfortune of working with Tounex Engineering Construction Pvt Ltd, a company that embodies the worst practices in employee treatment. This fake company promises the world but delivers nothing but exploitation.\r\n\r\nThe management, particularly the MD- LAKSHMIKANTHAN , is a master manipulator. He boasts about being an ex-national advisor, but it\\\'s all a ruse to lure in unsuspecting employees. His charm is short-lived, as he quickly reveals his true nature: a cheater who makes false promises and treats employees like dirt.\r\n\r\nThe work environment is toxic, with employees forced to work long hours without compensation.
