We are looking for a highly motivated procurement executive to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones. The sourcing specialists responsibilities include identifying potential supplier, manufacturers for the technical products. Preparing technical compliance compare to the required specification and preparing price comparison. Responsibilities: Coordinate With The Respective Dept. For Document Procurement In Process Of Tenders; Reporting Bidding Status Online / Offline On Daily Basis; Preparing Datasheet Maintaining Records On Regular Basis Follow Up With Vendors / OEM's / Departments / Clients; MIS Report Preparation / Competitive Bidders Comparison Sheet; Analyze the requirements & identifying the potential suppliers/manufacturers for various products Check the technical specification of requirement Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers. Obtaining quotes from different suppliers and choosing the best option. Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns. Preparing technical compliance comparing manufacturer technical data sheet. Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes. Responsible for generating leads through Internet, calls & market research Make outbound follow-up calls or emails Coordination with operations and manufacturing department. Assuring best pricing, and supply management and product technical compliance Price compilation & Negotiation with suppliers CRM entries technical and commercial Handling the queries of customers Database Preparation. Posting of RFQs to selected manufacturers/suppliers Technical comparative statement Maintaining supplier Database Preparing quotation Preparing supply order Taking care of logistics
