Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Create and curate high-quality, engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice and messaging.Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive traffic and conversions.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies.Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, and use data to optimize campaigns and improve results.Work closely with other departments such as sales, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business goals.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and make recommendations for improvement.Stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines related to social media marketing and ensure compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:Content Creation:Produce clear and concise technical documentation, articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and other written materials related to blockchain development.Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.Research:Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in blockchain technology and development.Conduct in-depth research to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into accessible content.Content Strategy:Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across different platforms.Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, user guides, and release notes.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity in all technical documentation.Editing and Proofreading:Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.Proofread materials to identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, and syntax.Collaboration:Work closely with the development team to understand new features, updates, and changes in the blockchain platform.Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and effective communication.Audience Engagement:Tailor content to different target audiences, including developers, business stakeholders, and end-users.Implement strategies to engage and educate the community through various communication channels.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer in the blockchain or software development industry.Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
