- Responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner. This includes ensuring that the correct package is delivered to the right recipient.- Use GPS navigation to find the most efficient route to deliver packages to multiple locations within the designated time frame.- Handle cash-on-delivery transactions with accuracy and maintain records of payments received.- Maintain a neat and organized delivery vehicle, keeping it clean and ensuring it is in good working condition.- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery timings and any delays that may occur.Required skills and expectations:- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely deliveries.- Ability to lift heavy packages and work in a fast-paced environment.- Customer service skills to interact with customers professionally and address any delivery-related concerns.- Basic knowledge of local routes and landmarks to navigate easily.
