Develop and update course curriculum to reflect industry trends and best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their professional growth and development. Participate in academic research and contribute to the college's knowledge base. Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to maintain a cutting-edge curriculum. Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Support and engage in college-related activities and events. Stay current with industry developments, trends, and technologies.Qualifications: Substantial industry experience in hotel and hospitality management. A solid track record in teaching and/or mentoring students. Strong communication and presentation skills. Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR visa holder).
