This is work from an Office job only.Job Description:Job brief: We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Associate. The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable talking to our US, UK, and Australia-based customers who are mainly Instructors, Associations, or students. You should also be comfortable in working with educators, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.Note: This position does not require any fieldwork.Scope for Sales Associate:Regardless of whether you are a recent university graduate or someone embarking upon a change of career as a salesperson, pretty much everyone starts at the same level as a Sales Associate in uCertify Thereafter, career progression is down to how well you perform in your job.After a few years of experience under your belt as a Sales Associate, your career will invariably progress to key account management where you will be responsible for managing some of the company's biggest customers or taking responsibility for key products. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will work closely with software developers and project managers to identify and resolve system malfunctions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.Requirements :- 4+ years of work experience Knowledge of cypress and other automation tools would be a plus point.Analyzing Test Results and Reporting Defects.Tracking Defects and Select Test cases for Re & Regression Testing.Modifying Test Automation Resources and Maintenance of Resources.Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Understanding of various software development methodologies.Responsibilities:-Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.Monitor debugging process results.Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Work with the development team to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management.Investigate customer problems referred to you by the technical support team.Help set up and maintain the testing environments.

Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve bugs.Ask customers specific questions to get to the bottom of the issue quickly.Follow up on bugs until they're resolved, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines.Assign unsolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.Provide customers with timely and accurate feedback.Ascertain that all issues are adequately documented.Organize and manage multiple open issues at the same time.Prepare timely and accurate reports.Notes and guides can be used to record technical knowledge.Maintain a relationship with clients and customers.RequirementsComputer systems, mobile gadgets, and other tech products are well-understood.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve fundamental technical difficulties.Knowledge of remote desktop software and help desk software.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to provide written and verbal step-by-step technical assistance.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
