Job Description Senior Manager Finance & AccountsRoles and responsibilities:overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate Indian Accounting Standards (IAS) and regulatory requirements.guide and supervise all activities pertaining to the finance and accounting department of the organisation.maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, programme budgets, and actual expenditures.Coordinating all audit activity.analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner to management.Managing organisational cash flow forecasting.Leveraging the strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing programmes to maximise and help them reach optimal individual and organisational goals.Providing leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organisation; creating and promoting a positive and supportive work environmentflexible and open-minded senior professional who is ready to take on new challenges triggered by the companys strategies and vision, specifically those related to finance and accounts.Desired Candidate Profile:CA / MBA Finance Qualification.10 to 12 years of experience managing finance and accounting functionsQuick learner who is eager to take on new roles and responsibilitiesLeadership abilities (capable of leading the function from the front).Team and client management skillshands-on in managing auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to overcome challenges.BCP and DRP management skillsBenefits:highly competitive work setup with healthy rewards and recognition for hard working and quality focused individuals.Focus on team spirit and share domain knowledge to share the learning based on collaboration with management, sub-ordinates other counterparts

To handle payables and vendor reconciliation.To handle day to day banking functions and preparation of BRS.Ensuring proper review of Invoices and obtain management approval on invoices.Making payment of invoices on time, Updating Management on Pending payments.Proactively managing the accounting, Preparation of MIS reports, performing various reconciliations.Thorough knowledge of accounting.Good at Tally. ERP softwareShould be able to post all entries in Tally (receipts/payments/JVs/Purchase) independently.Understanding of Accounting Concepts along with TDS and GST concepts, Demonstrates the Zeal to learn new concepts.Good at excel and MS office.
