Attending to the incoming phone calls and transferring to the persons concerned.- Outgoing calls as directed.- Accepting the packages & documents, noting down details, discuss with director, and handover to the concerned persons and take signatures on the register.- Book the courier company as per direction of Manager-HRD, maintain courier details in the register/computer and inform the concerned person.- Maintaining details of the guests, receive them and arrange meeting with respective concerned person. Need based arrangement for tea, coffee, drinking water etc.- Ensure proper cleanliness, arrangements of furniture, plants and housekeeping of the front office, Meeting room.- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

- Must have prior experience in Business Development in overseas markets, back office (Latin America, South EastAsia, Africa).- Identifying and creating new overseas customers & new products.- Identifying the market potential and generating proposals.- Conversion of inquiries to orders.- Must be aware about country specific regulatory requirements to coordinate between market & Regulatory / legalteam.
