We are looking for a dedicated Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals. You will directly interact with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals to ensure they understand the benefits of our offerings.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Product Promotion:** Actively promote medical products to healthcare professionals through presentations and demonstrations to help them understand product advantages.- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to foster trust and ensure ongoing business.- **Market Research:** Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.- **Sales Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.- **Reporting:** Prepare and submit regular reports regarding sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management for strategic decision-making.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and build relationships with clients.- Good organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.- Basic understanding of medical terminology and concepts to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in driving sales.- A willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving medical sales landscape.- Must be male, aligning with gender-specific requirements for the role.
