Key Responsibilities:Personal Support:1. Manage daily schedules and appointments2. Organize personal travel, including bookings for flights, accommodations and itineraries.3.Handle personal errands such as shopping, gift purchases,4. Coordinate and oversee maintenance of personal property, including residences and vehicles.Administrative Support:1. Maintain and manage personal files, documents and records.2. Coordinate with other staff members (eg. house managers, drivers, security) for smooth day-to-day operations.3. Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.Event Management:1. Plan and execute personal and family events, including celebrations, holidays and gatherings.2. Liaise with event vendors and service providers to ensure seamless executions.Communication Management1. Act as a point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.2. Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.Confidentiality and Discretion1. Handle all personal and professional matters with the highest level of confidentiality2. Maintain discretion regarding sensitive family information and affairs,QualificationEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience into related field.Technical Skills:1.
