Job Title: Tele Sales RepresentativeJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers over the phone, introduce our products or services, and help close sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven ability to meet sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.Lead Generation: Identify prospects, build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys offerings to answer customer queries confidently.Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and recommend suitable products/services.Sales Conversion: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales in the company CRM system.Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into customers.Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales quotas.Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.Multilingual skills (if applicabl)Job Type: Full-timePay: 12,000.00 - 25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusWork Location:
