Job descriptionAs a DTP Operator with Marathi typing skills, you will be responsible for creating, formatting, and preparing documents and publications in both English and Marathi. Your role will involve working closely with the design, editorial, and to ensure all materials are visually appealing, accurate, and ready for print or digital distribution.Key Responsibilities:Design and format layouts for brochures, flyers, reports, and other printed materials in both English and Marathi.Ensure the accuracy and quality of all content, including text and images.Collaborate with graphic designers, editors, and other departments to produce high-quality publications.Perform Marathi typing tasks with precision and speed.Prepare files for printing, ensuring they meet printing specifications and quality standards.Make corrections and revisions based on feedback, ensuring timely completion of all projects.Qualifications:Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role.Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.Excellent Marathi typing skills, with accuracy and speed.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Bachelor's or master's degree in urban planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 5-7 year's experience required.Experience in Managing Urban renewal, Preparation of DP/RP/TPS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of urban planning principles, land use regulations, and sustainable development practices. Familiarity with urban planning software and GIS tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
